Refunds 
Our products are NOT eligible for refunds. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Customs Duties 
The receiver/customer is responsible for any VAT and/or customs duty, if applicable, on all orders delivered to anywhere outside of Canada.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@evolbottle.com with photos of your item(s) and the reason for the exchange within 5 days from receiving the shipment.

Once we confirm receipt of your exchange request, mail your item(s) to: ëvol Inc., 427-720 King Street West, Toronto ON M5V 3S5, Canada. 

Please keep a copy of your shipping receipt and email it to us so that we can reimburse your for the shipping charges. If no shipping receipt is provided to us, we will provide you with an online store credit of $10 CAD. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the package won't get misplaced.
