What’s the size of the bottle?

• Each bottle holds 520ml (17.5 oz).

What does the standard bottle come with?

• The ëvol Classic B(ottle) comes with a white lid and a removable filter tab (for when you want to enjoy fruit-infused water).

What is the bottle made out of?

• The ëvol water bottle is made with high-quality, durable, BPA-free Tritan.

Why didn’t you use glass or stainless steel for your products?

• We chose plastic to offer you a light-weight bottle for on-the-go. We also wanted to ensure that the bottle is completely see through so that you can see any possible beverage residue when cleaning.

How are your products packaged?

• Every ëvol product is packaged in a sturdy, magnetic-closure paper box, which can be easily reused/repurposed. Our deluxe gift box also comes with a chic black satin ribbon (which is not branded, so that you can reuse the ribbon as well).

How do I clean the bottle?

• Although our products are top rack dishwasher safe, we recommend that you hand-wash the bottle and lid after each use to ensure the longevity of the bottle. Simply clean with a mild dish wash detergent and rinse thoroughly in lukewarm water.

What type of drinks can I put into the bottle?

• The bottle is recommended for storing water, fruit-infused water, juice, smoothie and other non-carbonated beverages that are within the temperature range of 0 and 90 Celsius. Please do not store liquids that can spoil as the stored substance may create excessive pressure buildup over an extensive period of time and cause lid failure and injuries.

How can I best take care of my bottle and lids?

• Wash before first use and after every use thereafter. Do not scratch with rough or sharp objects. Do not put in freezer or microwave. Avoid putting in the refrigerator.

Is it easy to enjoy fruit-infused water using the bottle?

• Yes! The bottle mouth is 4cm (~1½") wide which makes it convenient for you to add/remove fruit pieces to/from the bottle. The bottle also comes with a removable filter tab which will prevent fruit pieces come in contact with your lips when you enjoy your fruit-infused water.

Do you offer in-person deliveries? 

• We offer hand-deliveries for ONLY "Ready-To-Give" Deluxe Gift Boxes purchases. Delivery range is within the Greater Toronto Area. The delivery cost is $25 per delivery address in Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham and Pickering. The delivery cost is $60 for anywhere else in the GTA.
